Here’s Everything Trump and Romney Ate At Dinner
If you thought your family's Thanksgiving dinner was laced with political tension, it's likely nothing compared to the meal Donald Trump and Mitt Romney shared at Jean-Georges - a very fancy restaurant inside the Trump International Hotel - on Tuesday night. Twitter went nuts over the above photo, in which Trump beamed and Romney - well known as one of Trump's most vocal detractors - smiled awkwardly.
You may never know exactly how their conversation went, but now you can know what they ate.
Young garlic soup with thyme and sautéed frog legs
Diver scallops with caramelized cauliflower and a caper raisin emulsion
Prime sirloin served with a citrus glaze and carrots for Trump and Reince Priebus, Trump's chief of staff who dined with them
Lamb chops and mushroom bolognese sauce for Romney
Chocolate cake for dessert
All three men drank water, according to Quartz, which pegged the total dinner bill at roughly $600.
