Eva Longoria's baby bump makes red carpet debut at Golden Globes

Eva Longoria’s baby bump made its red carpet debut at the 75th annual Golden Globes on Sunday, January 7. The Desperate Housewives alum, who is expecting her first child with husband José 'Pepe' Bastón, had that pregnancy glow as she walked the carpet cradling her growing bump, while wearing a plunging, figure hugging gown.

The 42-year-old was accompanied to the first award show of the season by fellow actress Reese Witherspoon. The duo along with a number of Hollywood’s leading ladies wore black in support of Time's Up – a new movement combating injustice and inequality in the workplace.

“It couldn’t just be business as normal. We really wanted to stand up and do something for all people to say Time’s Up on discrimination, harassment and abuse within the workplace," Reese told NBC's Natalie Morales and Carson Daly. Eva added, "We wanted people to know this isn’t a female issue. It’s a power [issue] and so saying Time’s Up to ending the abuse of power but also recognizing the women who came forward. They kicked that door open for this conversation to happen."

Ahead of the award show, the mom-to-be spoke to the New York Times about her decision to wear all black. “This is a moment of solidarity not a fashion moment,” Eva said. “For years, we’ve sold these awards shows as women, with our gowns and colors and our beautiful faces and our glamour. This time the industry can’t expect us to go up and twirl around. That’s not what this moment is about.”
