Pensacola man arrested in connection with attempted homicide
UPDATE (4/18 10:30 a.m.): A Pensacola man wanted for attempted homicide has been arrested, according to the Escambia County Jail Log.

Patrick J. Ferrell, Jr., is now behind bars. He was booked in the Escambia County Jail around 1:45 a.m. Thursday.
Ferrell is charged with homicide, robbery, possession of a weapon, and resisting an officer, according to the jail log.

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office is looking for an attempted homicide suspect, according to their Facebook page.

Patrick J. Ferrell Jr., 20, is wanted for an attempted homicide that reportedly occurred Tuesday on North P Street.

According to the ECSO, Ferrell asked the alleged victim for money, but they refused.

“A short time later, Ferrell arrived at the victim’s residence, entered the victim’s home, took cash, and shot the victim before fleeing,” the ECSO Facebook post said.
A warrant has been issued for Ferrell’s arrest for attempted homicide and robbery.
