Erie police are investigating a two-vehicle accident involving an all-terrain vehicle on the city's east side on Monday night that seriously injured the driver of the ATV.

The accident was reported on Monday at 10:01 p.m. at East 26th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.

The ATV driver, a 22-year-old man from Angola, New York, remained hospitalized Tuesday, according to police.
