For restaurant Inspections: At least once a year, Erie County Department of Health officials inspect all restaurants and stores that sell unpackaged food. Here is a list of violations recorded May 16 through Thursday.

One critical violation

Reflections, 1015 State St. (Ready-to-eat food not date marked.) Also two noncritical violations. Tuesday

Fadak International Food, 2601 Parade St. (Food facility does not employee a certified employee.) Also one noncritical violation. Tuesday

Kamana Asian Food Mart, 1230 French St. (Expired milks dated May 14 were found in store coolers. This is a repeat violation.) May 17

Creekside Bar & Grill, 4935 East Lake Road, Harborcreek Township. (No original certificate for the certified food employee posted in public view.) May 16

Walmart, 5741 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek Township (30 severely dented, swollen, distressed canned items intended for use or sale.) May 16

One noncritical violation

Round 1 Bowling and Amusement, 654 Millcreek Mall. May 17

Moe's Southwest Grill, 2052 Edinboro Road, Millcreek Township. May 17
