Ekin-Su issues apology as she explains accent change
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu has apologised to fans and explained a recent change to her accent.
Having only just left the Celebrity Big Brother house last month, the breakout Love Island star is now working on an acting role where she's required to use a different accent.
During an Instagram Stories video, Ekin-Su told followers: "People have noticed my accent change recently and... apologies, but listen, when you're trying to learn American lines, I'm telling you now, it's like... like even now, I feel like, 'Oh my Gaaad'.

"I just can't switch, it's so fricking hard!" Ekin-Su added.
"But yeah, apologies, guys, my accent is all over the place, sometimes I sound like I'm from Australia, you know," she said, changing her accent as she spoke.
Earlier in the week, Ekin-Su shared a photo on her Instagram stories of an annotated script and some notes, partially hidden by an emoji. Before that, she'd shared plans to head over to the US to seek acting roles.
Prior to her reality show fame on Love Island, Ekin-Su appeared in the Turkish soap Kuzey Yıldızı İlk Aşk as a photographer named Isil who saves the lead character's life.
Ekin-Su recently revealed how CBB acted as a "final lightbulb moment" for her on a personal level.

"Took some time off to reflect, recharge and restore which I'm still very much doing but I'll need to be back online for work purposes especially," she said on social media after the series ended.
"Thanks to the brands who I work with who have respected my boundaries and shown compassion and love during the past year."
Ekin-Su added that she hadn't "felt myself" for some time, saying: "I've realised I had kind of lost myself and for a while didn't know who I was beyond being defined by ex relationships or TV shows, and that needs to change!
"I am so excited for all the growth and full healing. CBB was the final lightbulb moment to make me realise what needs to be done."
