EastEnders has unveiled the first look as Whitney Dean faces a pregnancy emergency.
New preview photos from Thursday's (May 16) episode reveal Whitney's water breaking while she's stuck in the back of Bianca Jackson's taco van.
Whitney has best mate Lauren Branning by her side as they shout for help, though the two haven't exactly been on the best of terms this week.
Bianca had earlier tried to force Lauren to tell Whitney the truth about her kiss with Zack Hudson, but Lauren couldn't go through with it.

When Bianca decided she was going to do it herself, she too got cold feet and instead suggested Lauren was just jealous of Whitney's happiness with Zack.
All of this drama will come to a head next week as part of the setup for Shona McGarty's exit from EastEnders after playing Whitney for 16 years.
The soap has confirmed that Whitney will discover the truth about Lauren and Zack's betrayal before she leaves Walford — which suggests next week's wedding won't end happily.
Lauren actor Jacqueline Jossa recently promised that there will be "hugely awkward" scenes ahead for Lauren as she's forced to reckon with betraying Whitney.

"It's one of those situations where you think, 'I can't be here, this is wrong," she admitted. "Lauren loves her friend and wants to make her happy, and if she acts too weird, Whitney will notice, so she has to play along. But ultimately, Lauren probably wants to move back to New Zealand at that moment."
Whitney's water break will air in Thursday's (May 16) episode on BBC One and the BBC iPlayer.
EastEnders airs on Mondays - Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer, where most episodes drop early at 6am ahead of their TV broadcast.
