East Moline man accused of indecent solicitation makes court appearance

An East Moline man who was arrested on charges of indecent solicitation of a child appeared in Rock Island County Court this morning.

Brian Taylor was in court with his court appointed attorney, Hany Khoury, for a preliminary hearing. Taylor waived his right to a preliminary hearing and formal reading of charges, pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial.

His next appearance is a pretrial conference on April 26. He remains in the Rock Island County Jail on no bond.
