Eagleswood man, 24, charged with committing lewd acts in parking lot of Ulta in Stafford

STAFFORD−A 24-year-old Eagleswood man was charged with committing "lewd and inappropriate acts" in the parking lot of the Ulta Beauty shop in Manahawkin in view of the public, police said.

Austin Mousley, from West Creek section of Eagleswood, was arrested after police got a call at 4 p.m. on Feb. 23, a Friday. Anonymous victims told patrol officers that the incident took place in the shop's parking lot, police said. The victims gave a description of the suspect and the vehicle he left in.

Stafford detectives investigated and identified Mousley as the suspect.

After his arrest, he was released on a summons to appear in municipal court on the disorderly persons charge of lewdness.

Mousley did not return a message left on his voicemail. It could not be determined if he has an attorney.
