Rain falls throughout Tuesday evening

It’ll be cloudy, breezy and mild on Tuesday evening.

Rain showers will develop after 8 p.m. and continue through the early overnight hours. The bulk of the wet weather should move out before the Wednesday morning commute, but the clouds will linger, and a few passing showers or sprinkles are possible.

Wednesday will be much cooler — highs will only reach the 50s. Rainfall amounts will be light and less than a quarter inch.

Clouds clear Wednesday night into Thursday, with another chance of patchy frost in spots. A Freeze Watch will go into effect from 10 p.m. Wednesday until 10 a.m. Thursday morning for Beaver, Butler, Armstrong, Indiana counties and north.

There will be more sunshine on Thursday. It’ll be cool but not as chilly in the afternoon, highs will reach the upper 50s near 60 degrees.

Warmer air arrives for Friday, with highs around 70 degrees, and the mild marks will continue into the weekend with the return of wet weather and the chance for storms.
