Drug take back and Narcan clinic to come to Towanda in May

TOWANDA, Pa. (WETM) – The Bradford County Department of Public Safety, along with the Bradford/Sullivan Drug and Alcohol Office, Endless Mountain Behavioral Health and the Bradford County Sheriff’s Office, will be hosting a drug takeback and Narcan distribution event next weekend in Towanda.

The take-back event will be on Saturday, May 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Bradford County 911 Center located at 29 Vankuren Drive.

Hygiene Pantry Drive comes to Bradford County next week

Community members are invited to drop off their unneeded prescriptions for proper disposal, as well as get properly trained on how to administer Narcan to save someone’s life in an emergency, at the event.
