Sunshine returns for Thursday, another wet weekend on tap

EVENING: Cloudy and cool. Temps in the 60s.

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy, low 55.

THURSDAY: Mix of clouds and sun, milder. High 75.

Tonight will thankfully feature some clearing with temperatures falling into the mid-50s.

Tomorrow should be a decent day, however, clouds will likely be slow to clear as easterly winds still hold while the coastal low pressure pulls away. Expect a partly cloudy and breezy day, but it will be warmer! Highs will be in the mid-70s tomorrow afternoon. Friday also looks dry, but clouds return making it another blah and dreary day in May. It will be in the 70s again at least, with seasonable highs to end the week. Now, what about the weekend?

The weekend looks cool and damp, again! Saturday especially looks to feature scattered showers while conditions could linger through Sunday. Highs both days are likely to be stuck in the 60s again too. Sunday may be able to be salvaged IF the low moves on, but typically conditions like those on Saturday tend to linger. We’ve seen this story before. So for now, I’m not promising anything for Sunday, but the forecast for the second half of the weekend could improve. Stay tuned for that. Next week looks to start nicer. Both Monday and Tuesday should be decent days with highs returning to the 70s and 80s. We will keep following the trends and post updates.
