In an exclusive interview with Reuters, Donald Trump mourned the death of his old life as a mere real estate mogul and reality TV star: "I loved my previous life. I had so many things going," he said. "This is more work than in my previous life. I thought it would be easier." By “this,” he means the presidency.

Trump also took the opportunity to show the three Reuters reporters on the story printouts of the 2016 electoral map. "Here, you can take that, that's the final map of the numbers," he told them, gesturing to states he’d marked in red. "It’s pretty good, right? The red is obviously us.” By “pretty good,” he means the system that allowed him to win said presidency despite a multimillion popular vote loss.

Other things Trump misses now that he has to deal with this whole no-good, very-hard presidency nonsense? Driving and unsolicited gold stars. He’s not allowed to drive himself anywhere anymore and "frequently turns to outside friends and former business colleagues for advice and positive reinforcement," Reuters reports. "Senior aides say they are resigned to it."

As far as things Trump is missing? He’s still a no on this year’s White House Correspondents’ Dinner, but “would come next year, absolutely." By "absolutely," he means "nfw."
