Donald Trump’s Daughter Tiffany Claims Fame in Her Own Right

Until recently, the fourth of Donald Trump’s five children, Tiffany Trump, has shunned the spotlight, but on Sunday the college student stepped right out into it — modeling in a runway show at New York Fashion Week.

With mom Marla Maples in the front row cheering her on at the event for Just Drew designer Andrew Warren’s fall 2016 line, the University of Pennsylvania senior sashayed down the catwalk in a navy blazer and tights.

“My mom and I have always been very close since she did raise me as like a single mom,” Tiffany has told Oprah about the presidential candidate’s second wife, whom he divorced in 1999. “My friends and everyone I know are like, ‘Wow, you guys really have a really good relationship.’ She’s with me a lot of the time, so people find that kind of shocking.”

But as Tiffany’s Fashion Week debut shows, the California-raised Trump is ready to take her place in public, as an individual separate from her famous family. The sociology and urban studies double major — who gets “all A’s,” her dad has boasted — has been building up to it too, modeling in a print campaign and advertising videos for Just Drew as well.

Thanks to her half-sister, Ivanka, she even has a Vogue internship under her belt. ‘We are really close,’ Tiffany has said of her family, including Ivanka, 34, and brothers Donald Jr., 37, Eric, 31, and Barron, 9. “Ivanka always helped me whenever I needed her to. With internships and advice on life, from girly situations to education and everything.”

And if Tiffany truly follows in the footsteps of fashion-company-creator Ivanka — who also modeled before joining dad working at the Trump Organization — the fledgling fashionista will likely be popping up in the press more in the future. She has already participated in a rare TV interview to show support of her dad’s candidacy for president.

“He’s true to himself,” Tiffany told Barbara Walters on 20/20 in November. “He speaks in a way that the average person can understand. I think that’s refreshing for everyone.” Her father, for the record, also has high hopes for Tiffany. Donald has bragged, “We’re [so] proud of her.”
