According to the investigation, the officials organized a scheme to embezzle budget funds allocated for the implementation of the program to support the territorial defense of Dnipro. They purchased the necessary inventory for the needs of military units in the city, but during the procurement procedure did not ensure proper and economic determination of their value, which led to deliberate overpricing.
