This October 12-15, Esquire is taking over 10-11 Carlton House terrace in St James's for the second annual Esquire Townhouse with Dior – and you're invited.

As well as live Q&As with the likes of Vince Vaughan, Christoph Waltz, Rusell Brand, Armando Ianucci, Charlie Brooker, Mark Cavendish and many more, there's also a lot planned for the eaters and drinkers amongst you (basically everyone then), with a series of supperclubs and masterclasses, whatever your tastes.

Russell Norman's Venetian Supper Club

Thursday 12 October, 8:30pm - 10:00pm

Join restaurateur, author and now Esquire's food columnist, Russell Norman, at the dinner table for a unique evening of Venetian food and conversation. As the man behind the Polpo restaurant empire, and author of the book of the same name, Russell has long been passionate about the city of Venice and its food, and has spent the last 14 months living there to research its home-cooking traditions and culinary heritage. This carefully curated four-course menu will reflect some of his favourite dishes which you can enjoy alongside him whilst discussing Venice's past, present and uncertain future.

Gin masterclass with Martin Miller's Gin

Modern British Supperclub With Anglo's Mark Jarvis

Mark Jarvis, award-winning restaurateur and Chef Patron of Anglo and Neo Bistro, is one of the UK's hottest young chefs. Having risen through the ranks of some of Europe's most prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens, including Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons, Mark opened Anglo, a modern British dining room in 2016 to rave reviews from critics including Grace Dent and a coveted 5 stars from the late Esquire contributor and restaurant reviewer, AA Gill, with his second restaurant, Neo Bistro, receiving equal praise just a year later. Which is why this informative and entertaining masterclass from one of London's top sommeliers is a must for anyone wanting to understand the basic principles of tasting and drinking wine. Christopher Bothwell, Head Sommelier for Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester will cover the topics of serving, tasting and navigating a wine list.

The Esquire Townhouse Closing Brunch

Sunday 15 October, 11:00 - 2:00pm

Closing out Esquire Townhouse in style, join us in the stunning first floor dining rooms for an exclusive two-course brunch menu from the brilliant Mac and Wild and also featuring a Bloody Mary masterclass from the very best in the business at Balthazar. Guests will then move through to Esquire's own Comedy Pop-up, for a live panel show with a difference as comedians including Adam Kay, Angela Barnes, Dane Baptiste, and Matthew Crosby discuss the Sunday papers and attempt to solve the world's problems, oh in a bit less than an hour.
