Denver weather: Warm afternoon before showers to end week
DENVER (KDVR) — Colorado will see a mix of sun and clouds on Wednesday with above-average temperatures. But a change arrives ahead of the weekend with multiple shower chances in the Denver weather forecast.
Weather today: More sun and warmer temps
Most of the state will see partly to mostly sunny skies on Wednesday.

Winds will be lighter but could still be brisk during the second half of the day. Temperatures will be comfortable and warmer as highs along the Front Range reach the lower 70s.
Weather tonight: More clouds
More clouds move in overnight and winds stay brisk after sunset. Overnight lows are seasonal in the middle 30s with some spotty showers of rain or snow at around sunrise.
Looking ahead: Cooler with scattered showers
Thursday is noticeably cooler with extra clouds and highs in the lower 50s. The foothills and Front Range could see some spotty rain or snow showers through the early afternoon.

Friday is also cooler with highs in the middle 50s and early sunshine. Clouds build through the afternoon with spotty showers in the evening and overnight hours.
Saturday morning has the chance for some rain or even a few snowflakes as clouds linger. Highs on Saturday will be in the lower 50s with a brisk wind and extra clouds.
Skies will clear into Sunday afternoon with warmer temperatures in the upper 60s and lighter winds.
Monday has sunny skies and highs in the low 70s. Denver will get even warmer on Tuesday with temperatures in the middle 70s and mainly sunny skies.
