Dead man found at JEB Little Creek

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A man was found dead at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, according to a spokesperson.

Monday just after 9 a.m. the base began to receive reports about a dead man on the beach near Eagle Haven Golf Course.

Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) and Virginia Beach police responded to the scene. The incident is still under investigation
