During its meeting Thursday at the Daviess County Courthouse, Daviess Fiscal Court took the following actions:

• Heard Deer Park Elementary School third grade presentation

• Proclaimed May 2024 as WKRBC High School Hero Month and recognize the 2024 graduating class of High School Heroes

• Announced the recipient of the Daviess County Fiscal Court and Western Kentucky Regional Blood Center $1,000 Scholarship

• Proclaimed May 11th, 2024, as Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive Day

• Consider minutes of the April 25, 2024, Daviess County Fiscal Court Meeting

• Approved all claims for all departments

• Approved Annual Standing Order to Pre-Approve Certain Recurring Expenses for Fiscal Year 2024/2025

• Approved Court Facilities Reimbursement Agreement with the Administrative Office of the Courts for Fiscal Year 2024/2025

• Approved amendment to Agreement for Fiber Broadband Expansion Services

• Approved contract with Fun Flicks Outdoor Movies for Screen Rental Services

• Approved Memorandum of Agreement between the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and Daviess County Fire Department for Training Equipment Usage

• Approved Lease Renewal Agreement with Kentucky Community and Technical College System for Agricultural Technology Programs

• Approved Waste Tire Grant Agreement for Fiscal Year 2024/2025

• Approved Resolution 09-2024 — Kentucky State Police Drug Task Force Agreement

• Approved Resolution 10-2024 — Fiscal Year 2025 County Road Aid Cooperative Agreement

• Approved awarding Bid No. 2324-65: Crushed Limestone (Annual)

• Approved awarding Bid No. 2324-66: Shooting Clay Targets (Parks)

• Approved awarding RFQ No. 2324-68: Sewer Pipe Installation Project (Parks)

• Approved amended County Clerk’s Claim for Calculation of Motor Vehicle and Boat Bills for 2024
