3-year-old drowns in Darlington County creek, sheriff says

DARLINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A 3-year-old drowned Monday afternoon in a creek after going missing in the area of McIver Road, Darlington County Sheriff James Hudson said.

Authorities said at about 5 p.m. that a search was underway after the child had walked off, the sheriff’s office said.
