Fact: Keeping the gender of your baby a secret and then filming the reveal is a good way to go viral (for better or worse) in a hurry. That was definitely the case for New Jersey dad Kennedy Zarour, whose over-the-top reaction to the news of his son's birth is making the rounds online.

Zarour's wife Natalie filmed his reaction to the big announcement from the vantage point of her hospital bed after her C-section was performed, sharing it to Facebook with the caption, "My husband's reaction was so worth not finding out the gender!!!!" (Let's also just take a second to appreciate the fact that Natalie had the wherewithal to film this priceless video literally moments after undergoing a Caesarean.)

It's not too shocking that a man might be excited at the idea of having a son, but Zarour's reaction was as loud, emotional, and joyful as it was for a very specific reason - he's already got 5 daughters. The new baby is the family's first boy.

Zarour, who has 3 young daughters with Natalie and adult twin girls from his first marriage, was fully prepared to hear that he'd had another daughter. "I was just waiting for them to tell me it was a girl, and they told me it was a boy, and I guess my reaction was a little insane,'' Zarour admitted to TODAY. "Insane" indeed - the now dad of 6 went from 0 to 60 in a heartbeat as soon as one of the nurses told him the baby's gender, repeatedly shouting "oh my god!" and "yeah, baby!" until the doctor literally had to tell him to sit down several times.

Natalie, for her part, was "elated" about how overjoyed her husband was and equally surprised and happy. "It wasn't a case of being excited," the New Jersey mom told Inside Edition. "We were both stunned. After 5 girls, the odds seemed to be against us, so we couldn't help but celebrate." Baby Gerard joined the Zarour family on March 8. Natalie uploaded her footage the day after his birth, but the video really went viral after being shared by Caters News on April 14.
