DACC announces campus closures

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – The Doña Ana Community College (DACC) announced campus closures due to an upcoming conference and the spring holiday.

On Friday, March 22 there will be a college-wide closure due to a staff development conference, according to DACC.

The all-day online conference, which will be held by DACC’s Works Professional Development program, will feature guest speakers who will focus on building professional and personal growth.

DACC says the conference will cover topics from pedagogy practices; equity, diversity, and inclusion; mental health resources, technology, self-care, community-building in the classroom, and more.

DACC will resume regular business hours on Monday, March 25.

Additionally, all DACC campuses and centers will be closed Friday, March 29 for the spring holiday. Classes will resume and campuses/centers will reopen on Monday, April 1.
