Crime Reports: Thousands of dollars of jewelry stolen in multiple Abilene burglaries

Incidents
1200 block of S 4th Street – Assault Family Violence
A victim reported she was pushed down by her boyfriend, causing her pain.
600 block of Peach Street – Injury to Child
Police responded to a disturbance at a home in south Abilene where a suspect threw his elderly father on the ground.
300 block of Penrose Drive – Criminal Trespass
Police took a report in reference to criminal trespass.
1500 block of S Clack Street – Harassment
A victim reported a known customer of a south Abilene car rental company called more than 30 times and threatened to harm them.
3100 block of S 6th Street – Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse
A victim reported his stolen debit card was used to make $400 worth of purchases.
1900 block of Pine Street – Theft of Property
Three rings worth $5,000 were reported stolen.
800 block of EN 14th Street – Assault Family Violence
A known suspect is accused of assaulting her ex-husband after a fight.
800 block of Palm Street – Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse
$377 was reported stolen.
3000 block of S 2nd Street – Burglary of Habitation
Officers responded to a burglary in progress, leading to the arrest of two suspects.
3100 block of Sherry Lane – Criminal Mischief
Police took a report in reference to criminal mischief.
1600 block of Hwy 351 – Theft of Property
A known suspect was arrested for stealing $250 worth of items from a north Abilene store.
1500 block of Hickory Street – Assault Family Violence
A suspect was arrested for assault family violence in north Abilene.
1000 block of Justice Way – Burglary of Habitation
A burglary of habitation report was completed in south Abilene.
3300 block of Sherry Lane – Assault Family Violence
A victim was hit in the head by her intimate partner.
5200 block of Shenandoah Drive – Theft of Property
A license plate was reported stolen.
1300 block of Lakeside Drive – Burglary of Habitation
A citizen reported an unknown suspect took a speaker, drill, and soap without permission.
2000 block of Zoo Lane – Assault
Two victims reported they were assaulted by a known suspect, who is a member of the state supported living center.
800 block of Beech Street – Criminal Mischief
A victim reported a known suspect committed criminal mischief on his vehicle.
900 block of Hickory Street – Assault Family Violence
Police responded to a disturbance in north Abilene.

1500 block of Fannin Street – Assault Family Violence
A victim assaulted his wife in north Abilene.
1700 block of Green Street – Assault Family Violence
An assault family violence strangulation report was taken in north Abilene. She had visible injuries to her head and neck.
1600 block of Briarwood Street – Burglary of Habitation
A report for burglary of a habitation was taken in north Abilene.
2200 block of Lincoln Drive – Violation of Bond/Protective Order
1800 block of E Overland Trail – Theft of Motor Vehicle
A victim alleged an unknown suspect stole his pickup.
8300 block of Cimarron Trail – Burglary of Vehicle
Tools worth more than $200,000 were reported during a burglary.
4000 block of Beltway S – Theft of Firearm
A report was taken for theft of a firearm.

A victim contacted police due to a stolen vehicle.
