May 13—FELONY ARRESTS

Gurninder Rai, 19, of the 1900 block of Michelle Drive in Yuba City was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 5:24 p.m. on Friday under suspicion of vehicular manslaughter. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Robert White, 33, of the 2400 block of Archer Avenue in Live Oak was arrested by the Sutter County Sheriff's Office at 8:30 p.m. on Friday under suspicion of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse or partner. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Talek Deary, 27, of the 1600 block of Florain Drive in Yuba City was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 1:15 a.m. on Saturday under suspicion of battery against a spouse or partner. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Charles Langley, 55, of Oroville was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:55 a.m. on Sunday under suspicion of kidnapping, corporal injury against a spouse or partner, and vehicle theft. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Richard Dakin of the 5800 block of Garden Way in Olivehurst was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 12:11 a.m. on Sunday under suspicion of being in possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Yuba County Jail.

Matthew Decesare of Fresno was arrested by the Yuba County Sheriff's Office at 4:26 a.m. on Sunday under suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Yuba COunty Jail.

DUI ARRESTS

Diana Ricard, 59, of the 1800 block of Stabler Lane in Yuba City was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 1:22 a.m. on Friday under suspicion of driving under the influence. She was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Olam Valdez, 28, of the 900 block of Gray Avenue in Yuba City was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 2:02 a.m. on Friday under suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.

Jorge Lopez Jimenez, 33, of the 200 block of Wilbur Avenue in Yuba City was arrested by the Yuba City Police Department at 5: p.m. on Saturday under suspicion of driving under the influence. He was booked into the Sutter County Jail.
