Fire damages Troy Hill house

Crews battled a fire at a home in the city’s Troy Hill neighborhood on Friday morning.

The fire broke out at around 4:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of Spring Garden Avenue.

Smoke could be seen billowing from the multi-story house.

The fire chief at the scene told Channel 11 that the fire was contained to the attic. It’s unclear if the house was occupied.

No injuries have been reported.

The fire marshal is investigating.
