Crash on I-880, Hwy 101 in San Jose blocks lanes

(KRON) — A severe traffic alert has been issued Monday afternoon for a crash with injuries on the northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 880 at Highway 101 in San Jose. All southbound lanes are blocked and some northbound lanes are blocked, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Cupertino girl, 11, dies after suspected DUI crash

Drivers are advised to expect delays, use alternate routes and avoid the area if possible. There is no estimated time for the roadway to reopen.
