Juneteenth Lecture and Celebration

YORK, Maine — In collaboration with York Diversity Forum, York Public Library will host Historian and Author Christopher Daley for a lecture on the History of Emancipation and Juneteenth in the Community Room on June 4, from 6:30-8:30 p.m.  Alongside the talk, Jamaican fare will be served courtesy a generous member of the York community, to commemorate the Juneteenth holiday.
