Columbia Memorial offering certified nursing assistant scholarships
Columbia Memorial Hospital is offering scholarships that will pay for tuition to attend a training program at Clatsop Community College this summer to assist students in pursuing a certified nursing assistant certificate.
Though receipt of scholarship does not guarantee employment at the Astoria hospital, the intent is to offer the opportunity to apply for available positions and to interview all scholarship recipients.
Five scholarships will be offered. Applications will be accepted, as space allows, until the summer quarter begins on July 1.
Columbia Memorial will pay all tuition, fees and required book and material costs for the program.
