Cole Sprouse Missed the 2018 MTV TV & Movie Awards
Lili Reinhart rocked the 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards red carpet yesterday, but boyfriend Cole Sprouse surprisingly wasn't around. Don't worry though, Cole had a very good reason to miss the big night.
Lili and Cole stepped out together for the first time at the 2018 Met Gala and with Riverdale's four nominations, Cole was expected to attend the awards show. Cole did post on his Instagram page that he was out and about that day, but fans might not know that he's actually working on a new movie in New Orleans, Lousianna.
Cole is currently filming his new film Five Feet Apart, which also stars Haley Lu Richardson who previously starred in The Edge of Seventeen. Both Cole and Haley play cystic fibrosis patients who fall in love while treated at the same hospital. However, they have to stay five feet apart at all times which complicates their relationship.
Jane the Virgin's Justin Baldoni is directing and producing the film while Moises Arias from Hannah Montana also has a role.
Lili still looked incredible in her 2018 MTV & Movie Awards and even posted some photos of her look on Instagram.

The Riverdale cast is up for Best Show, KJ Apa and Camila Mendes are up for Best Kiss, Madelaine Petsch is up for Best Scene Stealer, and the cast's performance of "A Night We'll Never Forget" from Carrie: The Musical is up for Best Musical Moment.
The 2018 MTV Movie & TV Awards will air on Monday night.
