Colder, Breezy, and Sunnier Today

Much colder and breezy weather has returned to Acadiana as temperatures start in the 40s to 50s this Wednesday morning. Highs are expected to be near 73° under mostly sunny skies later today. Northwesterly winds will continue to gust over 20 mph throughout the day. Conditions look colder tonight as lows range in the mid to upper 40s for much of Acadiana.

Quiet weather should continue through the weekend but with seasonably warmer weather. Early next week turns unsettled with scattered showers and storms possible. Unfortunately, the forecast for viewing the solar eclipse on Monday does not look favorable.
