CMU Baseball wins 9th in a row, dominates Colorado Christian

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KREX) — Ladies and gentlemen, the Mavs are on fire.

CMU has won a 9th in a row after dominating Colorado Christian in both double-header games Friday, outscoring the Cougars 34-10 on the day.

In Game 2, Kolby Felix was feeling it from the plate going 3-for-3 with 4 RBI (including a 3-run homer).

And in Softball, CMU did much of the same to Black Hills State, winning both double-header games in dominant fashion – 14-0 in game 1, 16-5 in game 2. And in game 1, CMU broke a school record and tied an RMAC record with 8 home runs. Then proceeded to follow that up with 7 more homers (including 5 in the 4th!) in game 2.

What a day on the diamond.
