Elmira, N.Y. (WETM) – Clear skies will continue into the overnight and into tomorrow along with warm conditions. Clouds increase to end the work week on Friday with showers for the weekend. More details below:

TONIGHT:

Patchy fog will be possible overnight, otherwise skies will be mostly clear. It will still be warm out there with lows in the mid fifties and a calm breeze.

THURSDAY:

Lots of sunshine will persist into Thursday. Skies will still be mostly sunny and it will be pleasant all day. Highs will be in the lower to mid seventies with a breeze from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph.

FRIDAY:

We round out the work week on Friday with clear but more cloudy conditions. Skies will be mostly cloudy with highs in the upper seventies.

WEEKEND:

We see showers return to the region on Saturday as a low pressure system approaches the region. It will be cooler out there with highs only in the lower to mid sixties. Showers will continue into Sunday to round out the weekend. Highs on Sunday will remain in the lower to mid sixties.
