Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston may play gods in their upcoming film Thor: Ragnarok, but in real life the actors are undoubtedly superheroes.

The two stars stopped by Lady Cilento Children's Hospital in Brisbane, Australia, last night to make a surprise visit to more than 80 kids and their families, and their excitement was more than enough to melt our hearts. Hemsworth took to Instagram today to share a photo from the event, which shows Hiddleston taking a hit to the face from Thor's almighty hammer. But the 33-year-old Aussie native isn't the one wielding the magical tool--one of the duo's young fans smiles as he playfully knocks him in the face.

"Met the real superheroes of the world at @ladycilentochildrenshospital," Hemsworth captioned the image. "A huge shout out to all the brave kids who are an inspiration to all of us! @twhiddleston #madepossiblebychf #ladycilentochildrenshospital #juicedtv."

The actors are currently in the area filming their upcoming Marvel flick, and back in July Hiddleston's girlfriend Taylor Swift took a trip to the same hospital while visiting her actor beau on set.
