As officers looked for the victim, calls came in with witnesses saying a woman was knocking on doors asking for help and a man, later identified as Colby, 29, was chasing after her, according to the release.

The release said that after the victim knocked on the first door, Kaeser ran from the area and hasn’t been seen since.

The victim then allegedly ran to a convenience store on West Lee Street, and officers responded to the store.

The victim reportedly had tried to leave her home after being beaten but was not allowed to leave.

“Right now, it hasn’t been determined how long the victim was held against her will,” the release said.

She was eventually able to jump out of a window and run for help, according to officials.

Officials said Kaeser is wanted for questioning in the assault and unlawful imprisonment of the victim.
