Chelsea Houska DeBoer from “Teen Mom 2” just gave birth to a baby boy, and we’re so happy for her!
One of the Teen Mom 2 cast members just added a new member to their flock! Chelsea Houska DeBoer gave birth to a baby boy this morning, and we’re totally thrilled for her. Having celebrated a wedding not too long ago, DeBoer has definitely had so many milestones occur these past few years.
DeBoer, originally known best just as “Chelsea Houska,” was introduced to us during the second season of 16 and Pregnant. After giving birth to a darling girl named Aubree, DeBoer’s journey on the show showed her earning her GED and enrolling in cosmetology school. She married Cole DeBoer, who she started dating in 2014, this past October.
Teen Mom 2 is in the midst of their new season, which showed the DeBoer’s announcing their pregnancy news.

The baby boy, named Watson Cole, was born today at 5:30 a.m.
Fans of the show were trying to figure out the possible names for months — prior to giving birth, the only clue that DeBoer gave was that it’s a popular last name.

We definitely think that Watson is pretty original. Knowing the Teen Mom girls, and seeing their influence on young mothers, we wouldn’t be surprised to see this name creep up in popularity in upcoming years!
We also love how supportive her castmates have been over the news.

Speaking of the cast of Teen Mom 2, DeBoer’s baby boy was born right after Jenelle Evans gave birth to her first daughter, named Ensley.
