Chase Elliott talks 1st win of season, upcoming race at Talladega

(WHNT) — Chase Elliott is coming off his first win of the season at Texas Motor Speedway and now he’s looking ahead to the GEICO 500 at Talladega.
News 19 Sports Director Olivia Whitmire caught up with him ahead of this weekend’s race!

Elliott is fortunate to have some good memories at Talladega, including wins there in 2019 and 2022.
“That place has been good to us a couple of times, hopefully, we can you know, try to have another good run this weekend,” Elliott said.
