Deputy police Chief Sean Coombs said the incident happened around 2 a.m. on Saturday, April 20 at a business on Kent Street.

Coombs said the investigation indicates the incident was between one male and what eventually became three other male suspects.

He said the victim was cut on the head by a broken bottle and required stitches at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

The investigation is ongoing, and police want to hear from any witnesses who haven't come forward yet.
