How to follow CBC's federal budget coverage

The prime minister and cabinet ministers have spent the last few weeks touring the country to preview some of the key elements of the budget that Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland will unveil in full on Tuesday, April 16.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has framed the budget as one focused on fairness.

Here's how to follow CBC's budget coverage:

On television:

CBC News chief political correspondent Rosemary Barton hosts special coverage from the foyer of the House of Commons live at 4 p.m. ET on CBC TV and CBC News Network.

Power and Politics host David Cochrane will provide further analysis on CBC News Network at 5 p.m. ET.

A special At Issue panel will wrap up the day on The National.

On radio:
