Car crashes into coffee shop after crash in downtown Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — One person has potentially serious injuries after a car crashed into a downtown coffee shop. It happened Monday morning at 1st and Main Street when a pickup truck and SUV collided in the intersection.

The crash appears to have sent the SUV into the side of a coffee shop on the ground floor of a luxury apartment building.

Wichita Public Schools and others make weather changes

Sedgwick County 911 dispatch confirms one driver was transported from the scene with potentially serious injuries. No other serious injuries have been reported.
