Browns moves continue, agree to terms with 3 players

CLEVELAND (WJW) — The Cleveland Browns are continuing to make moves this week, announcing they agreed to terms with three players Wednesday.

2 local players among Ohio Mr. Basketball finalists

Those players are T Hakeem Adeniji (unrestricted free agent), LB Jordan Hicks (unrestricted free agent) and RB Nyheim Hines.

Adeniji is heading into his fifth season in the NFL and comes to the Browns after previously playing for the Cincinnati Bengals and Minnesota Vikings. Hicks, who went to high school in Cincinnati, is returning to Ohio after playing for the Philadelphia Eagles, the Arizona Cardinals and also most recently, the Vikings. Hines, who led the league with two kickoff return touchdowns back in 2022, is going into his sixth season with the NFL after playing for the Indianapolis Colts and the Buffalo Bills.

Browns season ticket prices going up again

Earlier this week, the Browns closed a deal with backup quarterback Jameis Winston and also resigned DE Za’Darius Smith and DT Maurice Hurst. The big trade with the Denver Broncos was also finalized Wednesday:

The Browns new season does not begin until later this year.
