BPD searching for suspects who allegedly stole dog food from Oswell St store

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in identifying two men suspected of stealing several bags of dog food from a PetSmart.

Police say the two men allegedly entered the PetSmart on Oswell Street on Feb. 18 and walked out with several bags of the dog food.

One of the men is described as in his 50s with a mustache. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a black Adidas hat and a tan jacket, according to BPD.

The other man is described as in his 30s with long brown hair. Police say at the time of the incident he was wearing a green long-sleeve shirt.
