Rolek was in court Thursday for a preliminary hearing and requested a reduction to her $31,000 bond. Prosecutors opposed the bond reduction, but her bond was reduced to $15,000, News 5 has learned.

Rolek is charged with leaving the scene of an accident, reckless endangerment and first-degree assault.

A Baldwin County Grand Jury will hear the case.
