If you ever need pointers on how to live a balanced lifestyle, Bobby Flay is your guy. The celebrity chef is as likely to be serving up burgers and milkshakes as he is filming a yoga series for Food Network. His latest project, Bobby Flay Fit, is all about blending those two ends of the spectrum into one cookbook.

Flay tweeted the cover for his latest cookbook this week, and it's already available for pre-order on Barnes and Noble and Amazon. The book doesn't officially coming out until December 5, which works out well for anyone trying to eat healthier throughout the holidays (or find a gift for a Food Network-obsessed family member).

The cookbook will include more than 200 recipes for smoothies, juices, breakfast bowls, pre-workout snacks, soups and salads, dinners, and healthier desserts. Don't be surprised if you still see some red meat or carbs mixed in, though – as Flay has said before, no foods are "off-limits" for him; instead, he's all about healthy hacks, like relying on relishes and marinades to add flavor, not extra calories, to a meal.

Anyone who can stay as fit as he does while being surrounded by food all day must have some solid advice, and Flay is here to share. Bobby Flay Fit will also include fitness tips and insight into Flay's daily routine – as he's shared before, he's a big runner and a fan of SoulCycle, and has a rule to only eat 75% of what's on his plate.

The cookbook gets its name from Flay's 2015 web series of the same name, in which he gave viewers healthy eating and exercise tips.

"There's no magic to my fit lifestyle - I'm careful about how much I eat, when I eat and what I eat," Flay wrote in a Food Network blog about the series. "I don't follow a diet or cut entire food groups out; I just use common sense to nourish myself while still enjoying eating and drinking as an important part of my life."

Sounds like a good plan to us. We're pumped to see what recipes he decided to include – here's hoping a healthy pizza made the cut.
