Blaze Consumes Stores in Santiago

A fire broke out in a store in Santiago, Chile, on Tuesday, May 21, and quickly spread to other shops in the Italia neighborhood of Providencia, local media said.

The Santiago firefighters said that their crews responded to the incident with 14 vehicles.

According to La Tercera, around 130 firefighters were at the scene and managed to extinguish the fire.
