BenCo non-profit hosts sale to support housing project

BENTONVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Habitat for Humanity Benton County’s ReStore will be hosting a parking lot sale on June 8 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to raise funds for its next project.

The ReStore offers affordable home essentials while keeping usable items out of landfills. Each purchase helps fund the construction of affordable housing in Arkansas. The store, located at 1212 North Walton Blvd., will offer a 25% discount on all merchandise for the duration of the event.

Habitat for Humanity Benton County accepts both online monetary donations and physical items, which can be dropped off at their main location. Residents of Benton County may also schedule appointments for item pickups from their homes.

All proceeds will go towards Habitat for Humanity’s next Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) house.
