Bath woman arrested on drug sale/possession charges

BATH, N.Y. (WETM) — A Bath woman was arrested in early April after police say she had drugs and tried to sell them.

According to the Village of Bath Police Department, Grace C. Lanzetta of Bath was arrested on Friday, April 5, saying that she had two warrants out for her arrest.

Bath man arrested on drug charges

Police say that Lanzetta was a suspect in an investigation into the possession and sale of drugs on West Steuben Street in the Bath.

Lanzetta was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony, and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, a class D felony.

Lanzetta was processed and taken to the Steuben County Jail.
