Auditor's map of the month shows Fairfield County cemeteries in time for Memorial Day

The Fairfield County Auditor's Office has released its Map of the Month for May.

This month, Stacy Knight compiled a map of cemeteries in Fairfield County (there are over 150) along with Memorial Day traditions of remembering those who have fallen in battle. The map also includes a volunteer opportunity with the Missing in America Project (www.miap.us).

The Missing in America Project works to identify and inter the unclaimed cremated remains of American veterans.

The map can be accessed through the Fairfield County Auditor's website.
