This 'Star Wars' Waffle Maker Lets You Eat BB-8 For Breakfast
As cool as Rey's just-add-water bread was in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, this meal might be even better. Thinkgeek's latest waffle maker lets you eat BB-8 for breakfast.
The mold perfectly emulates the droid's bubbly shape, and unlike other discount waffle makers, the nonstick surface truly is nonstick, so you won't have to use the force to free your brunch. It made consistently fluffy, well-shaped waffles in every test, and it did so in about 3-4 minutes flat.

The waffle maker, which costs about $26, does have one serious design flaw: There's no alert when it's ready. You've got to use a timer, or eyeball it, which isn't a big deal - until you consider that it could make BB-8's buzzing and whirring noises to tell you it's waffle time. Missed opportunity, Thnkgeek. Missed opportunity.
If you're more drawn to the Dark Side, there's a waffle maker for you too: The company also sells a version that makes your breakfast look like the Death Star. The only difference, really, between it and the real thing is that it'll take you significantly more work (or forkfuls) to crush this Death Star than the one in the movies.
It's part of an entire line designed to get you psyched for the series - which launches its latest chapter in the saga, The Last Jedi, in theaters this December. There's also lightsaber cutlery, tiki glasses shaped like the star's characters (including a 40-ounce Jabba The Hutt!), and even Stormtrooper oven mitts.
