We've got chills, and they're multiplying! Why? Because we can't believe it's been almost 40 years since Grease was a summer blockbuster hit in 1978. We all know that the leads, John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, are still in the public eye, but have you ever wondered what happened to Patty Simcox, whom Rizzo dubbed the "bad seed" of Rydell High?

You might remember Patty, played by Susan Buckner, as the goody two-shoes head cheerleader who "just loves the first day of school" and encourages Sandy to try out for the cheerleading squad so they can become "life-long friends!" Probably because of her perkiness, Patty was the butt of many jokes from the Pink Ladies and T-Birds: Kenickie even lifted her dress above her head at the National Dance-Off, exposing her underwear to the entire school. Yikes, and we thought Sandy had it bad with "Look at Me, I'm Sandra Dee!" Everything's coming up Patty, though—just wait until you get a glimpse of how much the actress has changed since her days on Grease.

Susan Buckner, now 64, might have had a short-lived acting career, but she wears her years quite gracefully. Last photographed above at a DVD release party of Grease (Rockin' Rydell Edition) in 2006, the stunning actress is mostly known for her role in Grease, but she also has appeared on The Brady Bunch Variety Show, The Love Boat, and When the Whistle Blows. Her last credited acting role was in the 1981 horror film, Deadly Blessing.

Despite playing the slightly irritating do-gooder Patty, we still think Susan has won life with age!
