It's Official: Meghan Markle's Body Double Confirms She's Leaving ‘Suits’ After Season 7
Welp, Meghan Markle’s body double, Nicky Bursic, just confirmed what we all totally saw coming.
Bursic took to Instagram today to share a sweet farewell message for her colleague and, in turn, confirmed that Markle is leaving Suits after seven beloved seasons. She captioned the post, “It’s been an absolute pleasure and honour being your ‘STAND-IN’ for the last 2 seasons @meghanmarkle. Though I’ve been on @suits_usa for 6 years, the latter 2 has been my most memorable. Wishing you all the happiness in the world Bella.”
Earlier this week, rumors circulated about the possibility of Markle and Patrick J. Adams, who play onscreen couple Rachel and Mike, leaving the series after the upcoming seventh season, considering both of their contracts are up this year.
Nevertheless, Bursic’s touching tribute leads us to believe a royal engagement is in the near future, so we’ll consider this a “push.”
